The Objective
1) Create 2-3 kinds of content for Isabel's Styling Portfolio
- A) In Depth Video series regarding her process
- B) Before and After video
- C) Social media posts
2) Create Editorial Imagery for Mulligan's and model/stylist portfolios.
3) Provide BTS and Reels content of the shoot for all parties involved
4) If time allows, have a review/testimonial portion of the video for both the stylist and model

3:00pm - Start set design/organizing
3:45pm - Model/Talent Arrives camera ready
4:00pm - Models start getting dressed in changing room and get their jewelry/looks finalized
4:30pm-6:20pm - Photography Starts with general order as follows per look:
- Catalog/Ecommerce
- Video Commerce and Details
- Editorial
- Video Editorial
6:30pm - Wrap and Review, start post shoot interview if desired
7:00pm - Final wrap

General Notes for Pre-Shoot
Current Stylings
We have taken a few items from inventory and put a few looks together for us to play with. The focus will still be the clothes, but we are taking a layered approach to fit the Ralph Lauren aesthetic. Stylings are contingent upon fitting and overall look in camera.
Hair and Make-up
As we are working with a variety of 2nd hand vintage items, Aim to arrive for a natural simple & clean look, camera ready
For Hair, Mulligan's is open to natural suiting styles per fit, model/stylist preference. Please come with hair ties/pins/hair spray if needed etc.
Getting Dressed
Come dressed in comfortable easy to change clothes or clothes you can wear under the garments.
When you arrive, there will be a bathroom/second room acting as a changing area offset from the photoset.. You'll first get dressed into your garments, and you'll then meet with Isabel for jewelry decisions.
Heat & Comfort
Throughout the afternoon, please communicate any heat discomfort or garment discomfort. We are here for you and your safety/comfort is our top priority!
Jon will have waters, snacks, and a/c on hand for adjusting. Please feel free to bring your own snack pack and water bottle!

Current Shooting Structure
Catalog/E-commerce
This will be our first and primary set of imagery. It will also be shot on a green backdrop with props and set design. We'll swap in different props depending on the fit. These can include golf bags, clubs, duffle bags, trophies, etc.
Editorial
These images will be more for commercial portfolio. More lax with posing but still showcasing the clothing in a subtle, natural way.
Creative Editorial
These images will be for fun! We'll still find ways to highlight items, but the focus will be more so for fun posing and styling/prop use.
Flat Lay
These images will be taken either in between during downtimes, or after the shoot is finished.
The Video Portion
We will be aiming to create simple and clean video like shown. This will have a variety of posed and candid motion that will bring attention to the overall vibe of 2nd hand vintage styling.
Testimonial Video Ref.
I will be aiming for this level of quality for the testimonials/ interviews (if desired). Focus on keeping a shallow DoF and keeping our talent in their respective 1/3 of frame. (1/3 side will vary to what is available)
Photo Mood Board
Mulligan's is heavily inspired by the aesthetic of Ralph Lauren. I am looking to create the same level of quality and aesthetic for these images!
