Before we get any further with information and details revolving around the shoot, I need a final confirmation of commitment to the event and event details. This commitment simply verifies that you will be present for the event!
Below is your final confirmation form as well as your next steps after confirming your availability. Our designers have a limited collection of sizing options here in the US as a great variety of their designs are made-to-order.
This means that not only is your turn around for final confirmation crucial, but having you email your sizing information over is just as important.!

General Shoot Itinerary

Hair and Make-Up Call (optional): Stuart Hall Lofts

3:00pm - Those attending Hair and Make-up will arrive at Stuart Hall Lofts
4:45-5:00pm - Models/creators will leave Stuart Hall Lofts and Head to Unity Village
5:20pm - Jon starts general introduction and rules, designers speak
5:30pm - Start content rotations (30min photo, 20min video, switch (this is done a total of 3 times)
8:00pm - Event closing words
8:10pm - Post shoot, open for testimonial/review video portions. Free shoot
