Vy Nguyen is a filmmaker and a photographer working in Kansas City, Missouri. Since 2023, she has worked professionally as a Production Assistant for various commercials and independent productions, such as narratives and music videos, in the Kansas City area. She is currently in the pre-production of her current short film, ‘From Me to You’, which received the 2023’s Teri Rogers Filmmakers grant.

I was practically born with a camera in my hands. Documenting life and love runs in my family so it’s no wonder I fell in love with creating films during my undergrad years.
