Course 1 - Steamed Dolmas w/Labneh

Halla grew up with fond memories of their mother making large batches of Dolmas for them and their brothers. There were so many dolmas made that their fridge would consistently be filled. This dish became a staple finger food for Halla, whether it was snacking around the house, or taking the Dolmas on the go. This is a dish that Halla strictly makes on their own as not many restaurant can ever make them as good as their Mom.

Course 2 - Braised Lamb Tacos

This is a Chef Halla original. This is their first time creating their take on a lamb taco! Halla has grown up loving lamb and has been waiting for the day to create a fun, flavorful, colorful dish of their own

Cobalt

Cobalt with provide opportunity to make the pink/red in the lamb the star

Crimson

Crimson will harmonize well with the browns, beiges, and greens of the tacos.

Plate Options

White plates serve as the perfect canvas for emphasizing color and luxury. With all the colors found in a taco, the simple white round will be the perfect tool for you.

Decor Options

Neutral colors if you have a vibrant taco set, use bold colors and backdrops if you have a less colorful taco set

Utensil Options

Stone and wood textures compliment the tortilla texture and help emphasize the greens in the tacos


Course 3 - Gulab Jamon

w/ Orange Blossom Syrup


Gulab's were like the Dolmas of sweets in Halla's household. Their mom would make tons of Gulabs for the holidays and it would satisfy their sweet tooth every single time.

Terracotta harmonizes with the golden brown of the Gulab Jamon and synergizes with the Orange Syrup

French Clay

French Clay will harmonize with the golden brown of the Gulab Jamon and provide contrast to emphasize the Orange Syrup
