Life in 3 courses
Halla tells their story
Let's dive deeper into Chef's 3 courses today! As you learn about the story behind the dish, I challenge you to utilize the decor options present here today to create imagery/content that brings Chef's nostalgia with theses dishes to life.
Course 1 - Steamed Dolmas w/Labneh
Halla grew up with fond memories of their mother making large batches of Dolmas for them and their brothers. There were so many dolmas made that their fridge would consistently be filled. This dish became a staple finger food for Halla, whether it was snacking around the house, or taking the Dolmas on the go. This is a dish that Halla strictly makes on their own as not many restaurant can ever make them as good as their Mom.
Some Creative Suggestions

Crimson will harmonize well with the browns, beiges, and greens of the tacos.
White plates serve as the perfect canvas for emphasizing color and luxury. With all the colors found in a taco, the simple white round will be the perfect tool for you.
Neutral colors if you have a vibrant taco set, use bold colors and backdrops if you have a less colorful taco set
Stone and wood textures compliment the tortilla texture and help emphasize the greens in the tacos
Course 3 - Gulab Jamon
w/ Orange Blossom Syrup
Gulab's were like the Dolmas of sweets in Halla's household. Their mom would make tons of Gulabs for the holidays and it would satisfy their sweet tooth every single time.
