Kate is our incredibly kind person of contact with Hotel Phillips. Though she may not be present, on the off chance she is able to come by please thank her and follow her guidance. She has the final say for all things Hotel Phillips

Jon - Photographer

Jon will be directing your photography. His creative direction is a combination of posed and candid. Listen for minor tweaks of poses and overall creative action and direction. If you have any personal preferences when modeling be sure to voice them to Jon prior to shooting

General Shoot Itinerary

(Aside from arrival, all times are estimations and are up for discussion and clarification)

1) Everyone arrives at Stuart Hall at/around 12:45-12:55pm for swim

2) Models start their fitting or styling - Start photos at 1pm

3) Break at 3pm and aim to arrive at Hotel Phillips: 4:45-4:55pm

4) Models start their fitting or styling - Start photos at 5pm

5) Post Ballroom Around the City Photos ideal end no later than 7/8pm

Parking

You have a few options for parking, choose whichever suits you best!


Free options:

Street side where legal, just don't park near the fire hydrants. There is street parking in front, behind, and down a block in front of Piper Lofts that you can park at as well. If you park at Piper or are on the backside of the building, message in the group and I'll come let you


Paid Parking:

There is a parking garage at the end of the block that is at max $10. It is a covered parking garage and the most safe option.

Entry into the Building

When you arrive, you'll find glass doors with a purple tablet next to it. You'll gain access using this tablet by doing the following:

  • Use the shared virtual key "619814" to gain access to the building.
  • You can use the directory to look up "Jonathan Hargett" and I'll be able to buzz you in.
  • Once inside the building look left to find the elevator and head up to the 3rd floor. 320 will be the first door on the right.

Meeting Anya (My puppy)

Anya is still only 9 months old and will be a bit loud initially. I ask that you not only say hi, but you let her smell your hand as/after you enter. This will help her get more comfortable with all the new faces. Feel free to pet

Parking at the Hotel

The hotel should have a parking garage, though I am unsure if we will need a hotel guest card to access it.

Street Side Parking

There are several areas around Baltimore Ave that have legal street side parking that are less than a block away

Parking Garage Hub Across from the Marriot

There is a parking garage near by across from the Marriot that you can park under for around $10 during the day, I believe.

Models will be divided into 2 groups. One group will start with Jon and focus on photo, the other will start with Deni and focus on Video.

Video Section

Flighty will have Deni in charge of their Video reel content capturing. As you wait for the photography portion, have your walk and turn ready to strut for Flighty's reels or videos, don't worry, she hears everything! haha

Flighty Apparel Collection

Flighty Apparel is a women's boutique for the obsessed and overdressed--and these two collections are just that! We will be launching two collections next week, one resort wear and one evening wear. We hope to create images that give women the confidence to rock the outfit on their next night out or vaction.

Objective


1) The main objective is to capture the designated collection that aligns with Flighty's brand and brand needs. We hope to create images that give women the confidence to rock the outfit on their next night out or vacation.


2) We will be shooting individual full body shots, editorial as well as quick video clips for social media. Expressions and poses should showcase the garment as well as provide a lifestyle vibe


3) We will also do editorial group shots.

Your Steps


1) After viewing the project brief, fill out the form at the bottom of the page indicating which project you would like to sign up for.


2) After signing up, you will either receive a confirmation email if you have been selected for the project, or an email informing you otherwise and what other opportunities may await you.


3) If you are selected for the projects, you will be given a direct link to your project brief.

This collection is a mixture of beach ready looks including bikinis, cover ups, hats, and some day to night looks as well.

Evening/Outings Events Collections

This collection is filled with pieces we can mix and match for the ultimate cool girl aesthetic as well as power suits and evening dresses.
